I'm not going to re-count my life's history because, to be frank you'll get bored, so all I'll say is that after being diagnosed with MS when I was 18, I never had my sights set on one particular career so I've done numerous different jobs ranging from being a photography assistant and doing wedding photography to running my own vegan cupcake business. Not being able to make up my mind about what I wanted to do, I obviously went for the "try it and see" approach!
Nowadays, aside from chasing after a toddler whirlwind, I am trying to get into voice-over work, doing the odd bit of extra work (if my health allows it) and creating things out of felt for my own amusement and at my husband's dismay.
Films have always been my escapism, so it pains me that since having a baby, I don't get to the pictures that much (yes..that's right. I'm the last person in Britain who uses the word 'pictures' instead of cinema). I love cooking and baking and generally making things I shouldn't be eating! I also hope that one day I can go back to the heady days when I could finish reading a book in a few days instead of a few months!

Being a Mum is the best thing that has ever happened to me. It's hard-work, and tiring, but it is so rewarding and has given me bags of confidence. I'm looking forward to many happy adventures with this Bub.
